If you’re not happy with the product your purchase made through the Native Botanics Website, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your products.
- Shipping fees, return shipping fees, gift packaging, final sales and other charges (as applicable) are not refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges on any of our products at this time, but we are more than happy to offer you a full refund for a product you have purchased within 30 days of purchase so that you may purchase another item as you prefer.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If for any reason we are unable to issue to the original method of payment, refunds will be issued via PayPal.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
We ask that you ship back any items you wish to return to the Native Botanics warehouse:

Be sure to include the original order number and clearly mark the parcel as a return. Once it has been confirmed received by the warehouse, we will issue a refund. Kindly allow up to 12 business days from the delivered date for the refund to be processed. Please note that we do not incur the cost of return shipping fees.
